I have one single room £70/week two double rooms £80/week and extra large double room £90/week. Gas, electricity, water and internet are shared and the owner occupier pays for council tax and TV licence. The bills are paid each month and vary in amount depending on the time of year and how many people in the house at the time. All rooms have wifi connection. The rooms are for professional people only. No night shift workers no students no pets and no sharing rooms.
